It’s official. I will be presenting at the Syteline User Network conference in Las Vegas, NV in February.
UPDATE: Due to a change of employment, I will no longer be attending or presenting at the SUN conference.
Earlier this year I released an open-source project, UPS Address Validator. I have been contacted by a few different companies who needed assistance in installing the application in versions of Syteline that differed from mine. One of the requesters is a member of the SUN board and he reached out to me to see if I was interested in presenting a topic at SUN. I spoke with my management and I was not only approved to leave office, but I was encouraged. It’s a great feeling to be supported in not only my current goal but my career.
The title of my presentation is subject to change, but for now, I decided on “Utilizing Web Technologies with SyteLine”. The session will present different methods of integrating or using web technologies within SyteLine including APIs and Webhooks. In addition, we will discover how web application can solve business needs and examples of real-world solutions.
